We have the largest collection of hand made studio ceramics in West Yorkshire!

About the Gallery:

First opened in 1975 as a studio and sales outlet for sculptor and ceramicist Jim Robison, the gallery is housed in an early 19th Century barn with a unique queen post beamed ceiling. The warm coloured stone walls and wood floors are a perfect foil for ceramics of all kinds as well as paintings and other artwork.

This Weekend "70+ At Seventy" - Exhibition and Woodland Walk:

When he reached the age of 70, Jim decided to challenge himself by creating at least seventy new works.  The results will be on show from Sunday 4th July at his Booth House Gallery and Studio. Jim is known for his big sculptures and commissions, so he decided to realise a long-held ambition to develop a woodland walk among the trees his family planted 20 years ago, in order to display a dozen or so outdoor pieces. All for sale, the exhibits include vases, planters, extruded pieces and wall plaques.   The show runs until September, initially in conjunction with Holmfirth Art Week and in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief.
